After I became a mom, it was hard for me to even think about taking care of myself or putting myself first over this sweet beautiful human. It took time for me to realize that being exhausted and lacking energy didn't have to be part of motherhood! I soon discovered a program that took only 25 minutes and that I could complete at home. And once I started, not only did I see physical changes (finally got my abs!), but there were mental changes as well. When I began making time for me and fell back in love with fitness, I found that I had more energy and felt more present in each moment I spent with my son and family. I finally stopped feeling guilty for taking care of me! Now I help others on the same journey of transformation, coaching them to live a fulfilling life beginning with their health and fitness. Loving yourself makes more room to love others!
